PICART shall respect the concerns of users with regard to the confidentiality of the personal details and data that are provided.

The Data collected on the Website is collected and processed in order to provide the services or information requested by the user, to respond to requests and to ensure the processing of applications. The Data is conserved only for the time necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed.

The Data collected and processed in this manner by PICART is not transferred or leased, free of charge or for valuable consideration, to third parties.

RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, DELETION AND OBJECTION TO THE PROCESSING

The user has a right to access, rectify, and delete personal information, as well as the possibility to object to the processing of such data, which may be exercised at any time via the contact form on the Website.

PICART has endeavoured to put into place all the necessary precautions to preserve the confidentiality and security of processed personal data and to prevent it from being misrepresented, damaged, destroyed, or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION CLAUSE

The Personal Data Charter shall be governed by French law. Any disputes relating to this document shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
